It all started in 2015, when Jimmy watched his beloved grandmother suffer in a poorly run nursing home in Penang, his hometown. Most of us would feel helpless but Jimmy turned his heartbreak into hustle.
Still a final-year student at MMU Cyberjaya, he pitched his bold idea to transform elderly care and walked away with a RM20,000 grant.
