A spontaneous lifestyle change led her to explore vegetarian food. Around that time, she came across a book that flipped her perspective of John Robbins, son of Baskin-Robbins, talking about food, health, and the planet.
That was it. The spark turned into a passion. The passion turned into a mission.
Today, Summer humbly leads two of Malaysia’s well-loved vegan Japanese restaurants, each with its own personality, vibe, and loyal fanbase.
