Creating a Space Where Every Child Feels Safe to Learn
When I set out to build my therapy centre in Ampang, my vision was to create a space where learning happens naturally because children feel calm, connected, and confident.
Shaped by Experience, Guided by Belief

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of practising speech therapy across Australia and Malaysia, supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and speech and language delays. As a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (Speech Pathology Australia) and Registered Speech Therapist in Malaysia, I believe in lifelong learning, staying curious through ongoing training and by listening closely to the voices and lived experiences of the neurodivergent community.
Through these experiences, I’ve come to see that effective therapy goes beyond intervention, it must be grounded in curiosity, safety, and connection building.
A Space Thoughtfully Designed for Every Child

With that belief, I wanted to show that therapy can be inclusive, fun and child-led. Many of the children we support learn differently and have unique sensory needs, so our spaces were designed to help them access sensory needs, as well as feel safe and ready to learn.
Each room features calming colours, adjustable lighting, and sensory equipment with thoughtful accommodations to support comfort and focus. Even our kitchen is part of the learning experience, offering children a natural space to explore daily routines and build confidence.
Parents often tell me, “My child doesn’t want to leave!”
That’s when I know we’re doing something right.
While I’m proud of what we’ve built, our work continues to evolve because a truly supportive environment doesn’t just meet needs; it grows with them.
What We Do: One Center, All the Right Support

At Learn Speak & Grow, everything families need is under one roof Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Clinical Psychology, designed to make life easier for busy parents.
Speech Therapy helps children find their voice and confidence, from improving speech clarity and expanding sentences, to exploring alternative communication methods (AAC). We also address social skills and literacy (reading and spelling) – all of which are challenges that have become more visible since the MCO, affecting preschoolers’ ability to transition into school.
Occupational Therapy strengthens the skills children need to participate in everyday life, from improving attention, emotional regulation, and fine motor coordination, to managing sensory sensitivities and building independence in daily routines.
Many of our clients are diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, or have difficulties keeping up with classroom demands, and therapy strategies and skills help to improve daily functioning.
Clinical Psychology provides comprehensive assessments and ongoing support for children and adults with learning, emotional, and mental health needs. From identifying learning profiles to developing tailored plans, we collaborate with families and schools so every individual receives the right kind of help.
We meet children where they are and walk alongside them as they learn and grow.
Real Stories, Real Wins
Progress in therapy doesn’t happen overnight; it’s built on consistency, evidence-based therapy guidance, and collaborative efforts within a child’s support system.
Like the six-year-old who once struggled to read and write, now proudly sharing, “I can do it by myself.”
Or the child who was once non-speaking, now using words to tell his mum what he wants.
These moments remind us why we do what we do.
In our sessions, children are given the space to try, make mistakes, and try again, learning that growth comes from feeling safe and supported, not pressure to perform.
Looking Ahead: Growing Awareness, Growing Hearts
In the next few years, we’re expanding – that means welcoming trained therapists, introducing more group programs, and school collaborations to reach children earlier.
Because awareness truly matters.
Many parents still think, “They’ll talk when they’re ready.”
But we’ve seen how early intervention can make a difference in a child’s confidence and independence.
We’re also teaming up with schools, corporates, and NGOs for screenings and CSR projects to make therapy accessible for underprivileged families.
And if you’ve seen our social media, yes, that’s us too.
Where learning meets laughter, where therapists dance, share real talk about parenting, and make sense of neurodiversity in a way that feels human and hopeful.
